Yes — pallet consignments are covered from the moment the vehicle is loaded through to signed delivery at the destination, calculated at £1,300 per tonne for business freight up to £5,000 per consignment. High-value pallet loads or fragile specialist goods should have their full replacement value declared at booking so we can confirm appropriate extended cover and agree on any additional handling requirements before collection.
Yes — we collect and deliver across the whole of mainland UK 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays. Highland and island routes are quoted separately and we can pre-position vehicles for early-morning or out-of-hours collection windows.
We match the vehicle to your load. Single pallets ride in short-wheelbase vans (up to roughly 750 kg), multi-pallet loads in Luton or 7.5-tonne trucks, and heavy or oversized freight in 18-tonne and articulated lorries. There is no fixed weight cap — we'll source the right vehicle on request.
